Overview

This 8-week program is designed to help triathletes build a stronger, more resilient body that performs efficiently across all three disciplines — swim, bike, and run. The focus is on improving muscular endurance, stability, and power while reducing the risk of overuse injuries. Each session complements your triathlon training, not competes with it.
