Strength + Mobility for Triathletes – Bodyweight Edition

Strength + Mobility for Triathletes – Bodyweight Edition

Plan Goal

Develop functional strength, control, and movement quality specific to triathlon — without needing a gym.
This six-week program blends tri-specific strength, active mobility, and restorative recovery to help you move better, train smarter, and stay injury-free.

Perfect For

✅ Triathletes of all levels looking to improve durability and posture
✅ Anyone who wants structure without heavy equipment
✅ Busy athletes balancing swim, bike, and run training
✅ Ideal off-season or mid-block reset

Why It Works

Tri-Specific Design: every session connects swim, bike, and run movement patterns.

Durability > Domination: bodyweight control builds resilience for higher training loads.

Mobility Meets Strength: flexibility without losing force or stability.

Smart Recovery: weekly restorative sessions to keep you progressing, not just surviving.

When to Use This Plan

Use this 6-week Bodyweight Edition at the start of a training year, between heavy phases, or post-race to rebuild quality movement and joint control.

It’s perfect for the off-season or base phase, when you’re developing durability and mobility before adding resistance or load. The sessions are low-impact and won’t interfere with aerobic training—ideal for athletes returning from downtime, injury, or just needing structure without the gym.

During race season, you can also repeat the plan at 1–2 sessions per week for maintenance, posture correction, and recovery between harder blocks.

This is your foundation —the one that keeps you moving well, absorbing load, and staying consistent all year.
