RICH’S LEJOG JOURNEY
1,078 MILES. 17 DAYS. ONE INCREDIBLE MINDSET.
Cycling from Land’s End to John O’Groats is one of Britain’s greatest endurance challenges.
Over 17 demanding days, Rich covered 1,078 miles from the south-west tip of England to the northern edge of Scotland.
The achievement was built through far more than fitness alone. It required months of structured preparation, consistent training, intelligent pacing and the ability to keep moving when fatigue began to take over.
