Good nutrition goes hand in hand with a great training plan, and whatever your next event may be, nutrition is key to reaching your absolute potential.
My interest and passion for nutrition was sparked years ago whilst working as a consultant for a weight loss organisation, and then I began to train for my own endurance events.
I realised the importance of good nutrition through my own experiences, and furthered that by studying for a Level 3 qualification in Diet & Nutrition.
I’m looking forward to assisting anyone who would like to realise the benefits of good nutrition and would like to maximise their performance through effective nutrition planning.

I am a rounded, solid, ,slightly mad triathlete, who's passion to get the job done has seen me complete 2 x Full IM, numerous 70.3, a few Standard distance, a couple of Ultras, oh and some Marathons.
After forced retirement from football owing to injuries, i struck on Triathlon. I love the environment of "you get out what you get in" and "you are truly the only one you can rely upon when you are out in the heat of the battle"! It builds an amazing mental resiliance and shows you how far you can push yourself, even when you are well and truly in the trenches, and i've been there alot!
I want to work with athletes that want to push themselves, challenge there perceived boundaries, work hard and most of all have some fun along the way!!
