1. Use of SPC Services & Content
SPC provides training information, plans and resources for endurance sport and general fitness. All content is for information and education only and is not medical advice.

2. Training Plan Purchases & Digital Products

SMART Drops, tips, challenges and other club content are general mindset and training guidance, not medical or psychological therapy. You are free to adopt, adapt or ignore this advice as suits your context.
7. SPC 1:1 Coaching – Terms
7.1 1:1 coaching is a separate service that provides personalised training plans, feedback and support towards your agreed goals (e.g. triathlon, running, cycling, strength, events).

7.3 Coach & Athlete Responsibilities
SPC will:

7.4 SPC cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as PBs, podiums or finishing times. Performance depends on many factors outside our control.
