SPC Club – Virtual Bike Sessions
Train with the SPC Club from home with our structured virtual bike sessions, powered by TrainingPeaks Virtual. These sessions are included as part of SPC Club and are designed to give you a proper, coached workout without needing to leave the house.
Each session follows the SPC approach: a smart warm-up, focused main set and controlled cool-down, with clear power/effort targets and simple cues. You’ll see exactly what to do on screen and know how each block fits into your bigger training picture. Ride at the same time as other SPC athletes, keep each other accountable and still finish in time to reclaim the living room.
What you’ll need– A bike on a turbo or smart trainer– A device to run TrainingPeaks Virtual (laptop, tablet or phone)– A drink, a towel and ideally a fan
