STRENGTH & CONDITIONING – NEXT BLOCK STARTS 30TH JUNE We’re heading into our next 8-week Strength & Conditioning block, kicking off Sunday 30th June — and this one’s all about building sharpness, race readiness, and explosive movement. Over 8 weeks (with no sessions on 28th July or 4th August due to holidays), we’ll be focusing on: ✔ Speed ✔ Plyometrics ✔ Strength that translates to performance ✔ Mobility you can take home and use daily These sessions are designed to prepare you for late-season races, events, and strong finishes — or just to help you move better, faster, and with confidence. You’ll also get: A dedicated WhatsApp group with weekly attendance polls At-home mobility extras to keep your body moving well between sessions (Terms & conditions apply. Spaces are limited.) ✔ Speed ✔ Plyometrics ✔ Strength that translates to performance ✔ Mobility you can take home and use daily These sessions are designed to prepare you for late-season races, events, and strong finishes — or just to help you move better, faster, and with confidence.

Cancellation Policy

Block Booking: Sessions are sold as a block. If you miss a session, it cannot be rescheduled or refunded. No Refunds: Block bookings are non-refundable once purchased. Cancellation by Coach: If the coach cancels a session, it will be rescheduled at no cost to you. Lateness: Sessions start and finish on time. Late arrivals may result in a shorter session. Respect and Conduct: Please be respectful and follow session rules to ensure a positive environment for all.
