Ingredients

500g turkey mince
1 tbsp olive oil
1 onion, chopped
1 red pepper, chopped
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp smoked paprika
400g tin chopped tomatoes
400g tin kidney beans, drained and rinsed
150ml water or stock
Salt and pepper to taste
