Prep the slaw earlier in the day so dinner comes together fast.
Ingredients
250g white fish fillets (cod, haddock etc.)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp ground cumin
Juice of 1/2 lime
4–6 small soft tortillas
2 cups shredded cabbage or coleslaw mix
2 tbsp plain yogurt or light mayo
Fresh coriander and extra lime wedges (optional)
