8-Week Triathlete Strength & Conditioning Block Overview This 8-week program is designed to help triathletes build a stronger, more resilient body that performs efficiently across all three disciplines — swim, bike, and run. The focus is on improving muscular endurance, stability, and power while reducing the risk of overuse injuries. Each session complements your triathlon training, not competes with it. Program Goals Develop total-body strength and postural control Enhance force production for improved swim strokes, cycling efficiency, and running economy Build durability to handle higher training volumes and race intensity Improve mobility, stability, and core control

Block Booking: Sessions are sold as a block. If you miss a session, it cannot be rescheduled or refunded. No Refunds: Block bookings are non-refundable once purchased. Cancellation by Coach: If the coach cancels a session, it will be rescheduled at no cost to you. Lateness: Sessions start and finish on time. Late arrivals may result in a shorter session. Respect and Conduct: Please be respectful and follow session rules to ensure a positive environment for all.
