✅ Convert strength into power ✅ Elastic strength (quick ground contact for running, strong pedal strokes) ✅ Dynamic stability (especially hips, knees, shoulders) ✅ Maintain strength endurance (durable muscles under training load) ✅ Efficient movement patterns (speed + control) It’s still strength-based, but now we are adding some speed, reactivity, and dynamic work (we need to keep durable — because running volume is rising and bike sessions are getting harder too).

Cancellation Policy
Block Booking: Sessions are sold as a block. If you miss a session, it cannot be rescheduled or refunded. No Refunds: Block bookings are non-refundable once purchased. Cancellation by Coach: If the coach cancels a session, it will be rescheduled at no cost to you. Lateness: Sessions start and finish on time. Late arrivals may result in a shorter session. Respect and Conduct: Please be respectful and follow session rules to ensure a positive environment for all.
