Custom  plans are designed to prepare you for your race, utilizing your Threshold Heart Rate, Threshold Pace, and Rate of Perceived Exertion (RPE), while also offering the option to incorporate cross-training.

 

The program aims to boost your confidence and readiness through a variety of workouts, including Endurance, Tempo, Fartlek, and Interval sessions, ensuring your body is well-equipped for the challenge ahead.

 

To begin this plan, you should be capable of running continuously for 40 minutes. Having a smartwatch with GPS and a heart rate monitor is beneficial, and we recommend using a chest strap for more precise data.

 

We encourage the inclusion of cross-training in this training regimen. What type of cross-training should you consider? We recommend various forms of aerobic exercise at an easy intensity, such as strength training, swimming, cycling, or walking.

 

Additionally, we offer supplementary plans focused on strength training.
