Whether you’re returning to running, building towards an event, or simply want a regular group run with support and accountability, SPC Run Club gives you a place to train with others and feel part of something.
The session will be suitable for mixed abilities, with the focus on community, progression, and enjoyment — not ego or pressure. No one will be left behind, and the session will be managed to suit the group.
Please arrive a few minutes early so we can welcome everyone, explain the session, and get started together.
